These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter “Terms”) govern the use of the WizzHealth mobile application
(hereinafter “the Application”), published by Rifarost Sàrl (hereinafter “Rifarost,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), a limited
liability company registered in Switzerland under the business registration number IDE CHE-153.348.979.
By using the Application, you agree to the following Terms.
If you do not accept these Terms, please discontinue use of the Application.
WizzHealth is a mobile application focused on health tracking, providing information, advice, and services related to wellness and health management. The application includes features to manage medical appointments, medication reminders, and vaccination tracking, helping users stay organized in their health routines. However, the application is not a substitute for professional medical advice and should not be used for medical diagnostics. Emergency Use Disclaimer: The Application is not designed for emergency health situations. In case of any medical emergency, please seek immediate assistance from a healthcare professional. User Responsibility: Reminders and notifications within the Application (for appointments, medications, vaccinations, etc.) are provided as aids only. Users retain full responsibility for managing their healthcare needs and should not rely solely on the Application for these purposes.
2.1 Registration: To access WizzHealth’s services, you must create a personal account by
providing accurate and complete information.
2.2 Minimum Age: The Application is intended for users aged 18 and above. By using the Application, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.
2.3 Personal Use: You agree to use the Application solely for personal, non-commercial purposes.
3.1 Health Advice: The Application provides general health information and wellness advice. This information is intended to enhance your well-being but is not exhaustive and does not replace professional health expertise.
3.2 Limitation of Medical Liability: Rifarost Sàrl and WizzHealth disclaim any liability for any actions or omissions based on information provided within the Application. Users are encouraged to consult a healthcare professional for any specific questions related to their health status.
4.1 Data Collection: We collect, use, and store your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable Swiss laws.
4.2 Security: Your personal information is processed securely to protect its confidentiality and integrity.
However, you acknowledge that no data transmission method is entirely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

5.1 No Warranty: While we strive to provide reliable information, the Application is provided “as is.” Rifarost Sàrl disclaims any express or implied warranty regarding the quality, accuracy, or completeness of the information or services offered.
5.2 Limitation of Liability: Rifarost Sàrl will not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use the Application. Users use the Application at their own risk.
All content in the Application, including texts, images, logos, trademarks, and graphics, is the exclusive property of Rifarost Sàrl or its partners. Any unauthorized reproduction, modification, or distribution is prohibited without the written consent of Rifarost Sàrl.
The Application may integrate with third-party services (e.g., Apple Health) to enhance its functionality, such as retrieving biometric data. While WizzHealth carefully selects these integrations, it does not control or endorse the privacy practices of third-party providers. Users are encouraged to review the terms and privacy policies of any third-party services they connect with through the Application.
Personal health data may be stored on cloud servers for backup and easy access across devices. While we make every effort to protect user data, WizzHealth cannot guarantee against potential data loss or corruption. Users are responsible for regularly backing up their own data if needed.
Rifarost Sàrl reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. The new Terms will take effect upon their publication in the Application. It is your responsibility to review the Terms regularly.
These terms are governed by Swiss law. Disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of the canton of Valais.
